Big rooms, thanks a lot for comfortable stay!!!
This is the best place to stay, recommend. Seems like a straightforward hotel, managed by a superbly friendly staff. It has good and magnificent location and easy parking, and it's close enough to several bars, restaurants and the campus, all the restaurants and pubs, and bars for those that drink.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our two small kids. The mini fridge and microwave were super handy for storing snacks and warming up leftovers. The location is great, just a short drive to downtown, where we found plenty of dining options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
A bit noisy at times during the night.

perfectly central for exploring parks and dining options
The proximity to Sweetwater Park was a pleasant surprise, and the easy access to cafes and great restaurants was a cherry on top of my stay. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy king-size bed, a mini fridge, and microwave for snacks during my adventures.

The proximity to downtown was a standout feature, with an array of food and entertainment options just a short walk away. The staff provided friendly service. Though the room was basic, it met expectations for the price, and the cleanliness was noted. Recurring pest issues drew significant concern , detracting from the overall experience. Parking was also a hassle due to nearby lot fees.

I had a great time here! The room was spacious and clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and it had a microwave for late-night snacks. However, the bathroom mirror was a bit creepy! I'd definitely choose this place again.

The overall experience was decent for a short stay, especially since we were primarily there to explore the nearby attractions like the University of Florida. The location was really convenient as it was within walking distance to several landmarks. The bed in our king room was firm and provided a good night's sleep. I did notice the need for some upgrades, especially the towels and bathroom amenities.

We had a real good stay in this low budget hotel. the location was comfy - ease of access to Alligator Alley. - We stayed in a reasonably large and modern room with breakfast that also had wake-up service.

Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, perfect for nightlife. Budget-friendly at $60 a night.
Upon entering the King Room, I was greeted by scattered roaches on the wall, a musty smell, and sheets that had visible black specks. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and there were reports of uncomfortable incidents outside, giving it an overall sketchy vibe. The absence of breakfast options was a letdown, especially considering the provided towels were low quality. The washer-dryer situation was less than ideal, as the manager refused access to the promised amenities.
